1) How long do I have to wait for my order?

  • For orders within Metro Manila: ETA will be 2-3 days after courier pick up date.
  • For provincial orders: ETA will be 3-4 days after courier pick up date.

Do note that pick up date is next day after payment confirmation.

2) How do I track my package?

3) What do I do If I received an incorrect package (not the items I ordered or package is not for me)

Once you received a package that is incorrect, please do not open nor use any of the items.  Double check the Consignee details written in the plastic (tracking number, name and address).  After verification, send an email to luckyjollyshop@gmail.com.

4) Does the item come with warranty? What will I do if I received a damage item?

We don’t have warranty specially on the sealed items. If item received has been damaged caused by courier, you can coordinate with them by emailing them the picture of the damaged item to info@cliqnship.com.

5) How do I know if you have already sent my package?

Once tracking numbers have been provided in your order form, your item Is scheduled for pick up the next day.

6) Do you do meet-ups?

No.

7) Do you offer COD?

No

8) Do you have a minimum purchase?

We do not have a minimum purchase. However, there is a minimum purchase requirement for buyers who wish to avail of our wholesale’s price.

9) I am planning to buy many different items, can I have them in wholesale price?

Sorry, but no. To avail the wholesale price, minimum purchase is required per item and not total items purchased.

10) Do you ship on Sundays/Holidays?
Sorry, but we don’t ship on Sundays and regular holidays.

11) What are your mode of payment?

Payments accepted are BDO, BPI, Smart Money, and GCASH. Payment must be made in 3 business days.Order will be automatically be cancelled for non-payments.

12) Do you accept resellers?

Yes.

13) Do you give discounts to resellers?

No. To avail the wholesale price, minimum purchase is required per item

14) Do you do drop ship?

Yes. For special instructions (item color requirement, drop ship) always leave a message in your order form.

15) Where is the order form?

Order form is automatically generated when you click buy now button.
